Dydd Gŵyl Dewi hapus!

Posted on March 4th, 2016

Mae’n wythnos Gŵyl Ddewi yng Nghymru, a chyfle i ni ddathlu diwrnod ein nawddsant trwy ganu, dawnsio, gwisgo cenhinen bedr a bwyta Cawl a chacennau bach neu deisennau cri.  Mae rhai cwmniau yn rhoi diwrnod o wyliau i’r gweithlu i ddathlu, ond nid yw’n ŵyl banc swyddogol… eto!

Mae wedi bwrw eira yma yn Felinfach bore ‘ma, ond gobeithio y bydd y stwff gwyn wedi’n gadael ni erbyn Gŵyl Tosta fydd yn dod i Theatr Felinfach ym mis Mehefin eleni.

During this week in Wales, we’ve celebrated St David’s day, we celebrate our patron saint by wearing a daffodil or leek on our collar or cap, sing, dance, eat Cawl and Welsh cakes and generally have a good time!  Some companies give their staff a holiday on St David’s day, but it’s not an official holiday for all… as yet!

The snow has come to Felinfach this morning, but we hope the white stuff will have long gone by the time the Tosta Festival visits Theatr Felinfach in June!
